近年来,预制菜消费持续升温,各类产品应运而生,既满足了消费者的需求,
也不断拓展着产业的发展。相关数据显示;2021年中国预制菜行业规模为3459亿元,
预计未来中国预制菜市场保持在 20% 左右的高速增长,2023 年预制菜市场规模将
达 5165 亿元,未来6到7年我国预制菜行业有望实现3万亿元以上规模,成为下
一个万亿餐饮市场。上海作为世界著名的美食之都,餐饮供给的多样性、世界各国
美食的丰富度,以及特色风味聚集地等都居全国前列,先天优势使上海成为引领预
制菜风味的首选城市,从将而从风味、技术、产业集群、消费升级等方面进一步推
动预制菜产业的高速度、高品质发展。目前,上海市场已有中盐、味知香、泰森、

味好美、紫燕、联豪、金枫、禾煜等预制菜龙头企业扎堆,新雅粤菜、绿波廊、

沈大成、恒悦尚品、松鹤楼、广州酒家、西贝等沪上知名餐饮老字号、行业新锐也纷纷将预制菜产业作
为企业发展的第二曲线,以更好满足疫后消费新趋势。同时,中国电商头部企业也
纷纷加入中国预制菜行业,2023 全国网上年货节期间预制菜销售额同比增长45.9%,

叮咚买菜的预制菜同比增长 400%;淘宝预制菜的销量同比增长了 100%;

盒马预制菜的销量同比增长 345%。由此可见,中国预制菜产业发展前景广阔,未来可期。
